This explains what happens to the information you give us when you use the SkinSense / SalonSense™ AI skin consultation at A&B @ No7 Hair & Beauty.
Who we are
A&B @ No7 Hair & Beauty is responsible for your information. If you have any question about it, call or message Amie on 07577 442654.
What we collect
When you complete the consultation form we collect your name, date of birth, email address and mobile number; your skin concern, skin type, any skincare actives or medication, recent treatments and notes you choose to add; and your facial photos. If you came through a friend’s referral link or card, we also record that referral code. Your consent choices are recorded too.
Information about your skin, medication and photos can be sensitive. We only use it with your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the boxes on the form.
How we use it
We use it to prepare your personalised skin summary and treatment recommendation; to let our practitioner review it; to contact you about your results and booking; to keep a record of your consultations so we can show your progress over time; and, where you tick the marketing box, to send you updates and offers. If you were referred by a friend, we use the code to apply the £10 referral credit to both of you.
AI-assisted analysis
Your photos and answers are analysed by AI tools to produce a draft cosmetic summary. The result is always reviewed by a practitioner and is cosmetic guidance, not medical advice or a diagnosis. No decision about your treatment is made by AI alone.
Who handles it for us
We use trusted service providers to run the consultation: website hosting, workflow automation, AI analysis, PDF creation, email, and secure record keeping. They only process your information on our behalf. Some of these providers are based outside the UK, in which case your information may be processed abroad under their data protection safeguards. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your consultation records for as long as we need them to provide your treatment plan and follow-up care. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it; you can withdraw your consent at any time, including for marketing; and you can ask us to stop using your information. Just call or message Amie. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A referral code, if you have one, only travels in the web address and is not stored on your device.
